Trained as a painter, and a stitcher since 2003.

About to complete City and Guilds UK Diploma in Embroidery and Design.

Multiple award winner :

-   (Best in Show) Touched by Fire (mixed media) 2008.

SKILLS :   Teaching introductory and intermediate level;"Play for a Day in my Studio"; all levels :
(1)   Soft Rock (sculpture and encrusting);
(2)   Distress for Success (pulled threads and embellishment);
(3)   Photo Transfer Techniques;
(4)   Mixed Media Landscapes (use of "pabric");
(5)   CPR (Creative Problem-solving and Recycling);
(6)   Fibre Art cards;
(7)   1066 and All That (study of the Bayeux Tapestry stitches and putting on a modern take).

FEES :   $ 35 per hour.

TRAVEL :   Will travel through SW Ontario, private and semi-private sessions in studio.
