BIO :  
I was born in Derby, England, and have obtained :
-     a BA (Hons) Embroidered Textiles, First Class Honours, University of Middlesex, London, England
-     City and Guilds of London Institute Embroidery Part I and II, Bourneville School of Art, Birmingham, England.
-     City and Guilds of London Institute Further Education Teachers Certificate, Birmingham Polytechnic, Birmingham , England
After working as a commercial artist in Canada, I returned to England in 1971 to study textile design at the Bourneville School of Art in Birmingham.
I have exhibited internationally in England, Ireland, Japan the U.S.A. and Canada, and lectured and led workshops in both Canada and the United States.
In 1980, I was nominated for the Saidye Bronfman Award.
I live and maintain a studio in Guelph, Ontario.

SKILLS :   I offer a wide range of in-depth Workshops on all aspects of embroidery and surface design from my studio here in Guelph, Ontario.

FEES :   Workshops vary in hours and number of days involved.
A typical day (9:30 am to 4:00 pm) involving 4-days will be approximately $300 or more, depending on the skill being taught.
