BIO :  
I am a multi-media realist artist who has studied art at the University of Guelph and Sheridan College in Oakville.
I have been designing bead work and knits since I was very young as well as needlework patterns since 1989, with more than 500 realistic charts now available.
I have been teaching and lecturing for various guilds and groups as well as various consumer show venues for more than 20 years.
I have published the 3 volumes of a beaded knit series as well as various articles in magazines and newsletters. A collection of my dimensional bead embroidery will be featured in 'A Needle Pulling Thread Magazine' for 2010.

SKILLS :   Beadwork (off loom and loom techniques), knitting with beads as well as bead embroidery and embellishing and dimensional techniques, Brazilian and ribbon embroidery, needle felting sculpture, tapestry and rigid heddle weaving, designing concepts, working with colour, animal textures and expression, fibre Viking knitting.

FEES :   Lecture fee $ 100.00, class and workshop fee is negotiable;
$ 200.00 for 1/2 day or $ 350.00 for full day
(if kit or supplies are required for the class, class fee may be reduced), plus travel expenses.

TRAVEL :  Will travel, and 'in-house' classes also available
